Scaffold down on our social housing project at St. Marys with Growthbuilt, revealing the street relationship and bifurcated form of the project. On the corner is a simple sober, 3 level brick volume, setback to make room for the community garden. Adjacent to this, the 4 level stepped form of the building brings its alignment back to the street, whilst maximising the Northerly aspect and prospect towards the Blue Mountains. The buildings frame the main breezeway like entry and circulations spaces in between.
