19 apartments and 2 shops in 3 buildings are sited between the very busy Bronte and Carrington Roads. The street facing two are fine finger frames, each containing a shop + 2 levels of apartments that encase the site to form a protecting wall to the interior 4 level building. Nestled within the interior, all terraces and living areas face North to the protected courtyard and gardens.
