Bondi Road Apartments

Located on Bondi Road, adjacent to a shopping precinct with a gritty urban context, the building is laid out into two parts around an open staircase. This split in the plan allows all 14 apartments to receive Northern sun, provides individual outlook over the Bondi basin and allows for all apartments to have windows on at least three sides. The smaller front building is a double-glazed plan which provides privacy from the larger North facing apartments to the rear.
