The article picked out several apartments from the GANSW recently published map of “the best there is to offer” in mid rise apartment design across Sydney. MWA have 5 projects represented in this housing map list.
The article takes a straw poll and the apartment building voted most popular was designed by our associate director, Damien Madell when he worked at Bates Smart. See The Gantry Case Study here.
Damien has been designing apartments at MWA for the past 5 years. He was the project lead for our award winning St Marys Housing Project, which has recently been showcased in the GANSW Apartment Design Guide, Exemplar Case Studies list. Damien was also instrumental in our competition winning Future Homes Project, an exciting project which is currently ongoing, with new announcements to make soon.
We are pleased to recognise Damien’s excellent design skills and his constant diligence to improve the design at every stage of the project.
