Progress shots on site at UNSW’s Alumni Park. With the Hilmer building as the dominant backdrop, we looked to borrow this ‘Sol LeWitt-like’ landscape and continue to draw everything with lines, in alignments laid out in linear arrays. The optics of the stripes unify the field, with the lines of timber laid horizontally, down field at the tribune, creating a series of steps, terraces and bleachers. The tribune with create a large public platform for events, theatre and the everyday.
